All rooms prices are based on double occupancy. Single occupancy is charged at £10.00 less per room.
A 50% deposit is required on booking with the remaining 50% payable on arrival. For a single night booking full payment is required.
Fourteen day's notice of cancellation is required for a refund minus a £10 administration fee per room. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival the deposit will not be refunded.
Arrival time is from 4.00pm. You will normally be expected to vacate your room by 10.30am at the latest on your day of departure.
A minimum stay of two nights is required at weekends in high season.
Single night stays over the weekends will be subject to any availability over the weekend period and a surcharge of £10.00 will be added to the room rate.
