Accommodation
At Montague House bed and breakfast we offer three highly individual room choices furnished with antiques
and reflecting Fiona’s own eclectic style. On arrival guests will find a warm welcome and all rooms include
wine or fresh fruit bowls and mineral water. We also hope you will enjoy our complimentary truffles from the Norfolk
Truffle Company and bespoke toiletries from a Norfolk based company Aroma Natural. All rooms have flat screen TV's
and we are Wi-Fi connected.
The Pink Room
The charming Pink Room faces south west and you can often glimpse the Poppy Line steam train as it passes
along the end of the garden. The room has an eye catching multicoloured chandelier, massive gilt mirror and
carved mahogany Victorian bed. There is also an en suite shower room.
The Garden Room
A peaceful spacious room over looking the garden with a classic Edwardian bed and decorated with flower prints
and furnished in soft grey, pink and cream tones. There is also an en suite shower room.
The Gold Suite
Our deluxe suite with four poster bed, dressing room and full en suite bathroom with power shower and bath.
This 27’ long suite offers a great space to indulge in or spend a romantic weekend. The dressing room features
a massive gilt mirror and there is an array of original art work.
It’s a great room for a wedding too where a bride or mother and father can have the space to get dressed in style.
Other Guest Facilities
Our guest “breakfast” room doubles as a library and games room and is open to guests throughout the day
and evening to enjoy reading, playing chess or enjoying a game of backgammon.
Also, our large garden terrace, which opens from the breakfast room, is ideal for those who want to sit outside and
eat or enjoy the tranquil nature of the garden.
